I had to remind Luisa every time we talked what was happening with our case. Nothing ever happened unless I emailed to ask why it wasn't happening. She would recommend one course of action if my ex didn't do what was being asked, but then when he didn't, she forgot that or something and would recommend a different course of action instead. It was very frustrating. I did not feel that I had an advocate on my side at all. She did not even let me know the papers were signed and we were divorced. I only found out because I texted my ex to see what the current hold up was.
