Although Christine is rarely available or communicates, her legal secretary, Caroline is AMAZING!
Her office is very slow in getting matters complete and she is on "vacation" a lot. She lets you know her mind and doesn't always completely listen to her client.
I fired her after 3 attempts to talk to her about my divorce. She never got back to me AT ALL. I demanded my retainer back and when I looked at the charges she "CLAIMS" she did I talked to her amazing paralegal. Caroline is the only (ONLY) reason I stayed as long as I did. The retainer I got back magically equaled 1250 exactly half of the retainer. I strongly advise you look elsewhere before choosing her. I cant say it enough , she is horrible. I will never ever use her for anything ever again.
Ms. DeSanctis has been very slow to respond (if at all) to any request. In addition, she has (on more than one occasion) been very rude to my family members. Her lack of action and unprofessionalism has added months to the estate liquidation she was hired to assist with.
