The Law Offices of Magany Abbass, Inc. were established in 1996. After working as a real estate broker for 14 years Magany identified the need for real attorneys with hands on experience in real estate. The offices were established to offer clients quality service by attorneys who are real estate savvy with years of experience in handling a wide variety of real estate matters. We handle commercial and residential real estate, investments, title matters, land use, probate and trusts, conservatorships as well as mediation, arbitration and litigation in all these areas.

The firm is dedicated to providing cost effective representation to those businesses and individuals looking for a personalized alternative to large firm representation. Ultimately, whether our client is negotiating a business transaction, needs counseling and representation or is involved in a dispute our commitment as attorneys is to accomplish the client's goals and resolve the client's legal issues in the most effective possible manner.

Hired Attorney Magany Abbass

We are returning clients for Magany Abbass, Inc. We initiated our first Family Trust in 2010 and needed to update our status with the personal milestone approaching.  I took full advantage of the union members' opportunity at UPS with the list of panel attorneys through the Teamster Western Conference legal services. We returned to Magany since we had a positive outcome the first time, and she was straightforward about what was needed to get the ball rolling. After the initial documents needed to proceed, Magany's legal team, Adriss, contacted us. We stayed in constant contact via email and over a dozen phone calls from the initial round of drafting, proofreading, signature day, and notary office visits. Though I mentioned to Magany that we had time constraints and a tiny window to work with, she gladly appreciated that information to accomplish our family trust promptly. Check that off the list! We hired Ms. Abbass to do a Trust for us. We were not familiar with the process of doing a Trust before we hired her. She was able to explain the process to us in a very understandable matter and completed our Trust in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend her to others who are looking for legal services.
