Martin, Lord & Osman, P.A. is a law firm established in 1905 with an office in Laconia, NH. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing estate planning, trusts, wills and 47 other areas of law.
Attorney Joseph Piper took our money for a trademark opposition case and failed to respond to ANY of the due processes which caused us to lose our trademark. Additionally, he took our money for C&D letters that were never sent out. He cut communication completely after receiving our money (which he insisted it be in the form of a check). We filed a complaint with both the New Hampshire Bar Association/Supreme Court Disciplinary Office, both deemed serious malpractice with this attorney (who admitted to all the above in writing to the Supreme Court Disciplinary Office), and will be dealing with him accordingly. His firm, Martin, Lord & Osman, P.A., does not seem to care at all, which gives you a good indication of the type of firm they are and how they treat their clients. We will now be filing a lawsuit for damages and malpractice. This was outright theft and i would recommend you stay far, far away from the thieves and malpracticing attorneys that operate within this firm.

.Lawyer Kristin Fields did not stand up for my rights. She delayed responding to me when asked to file motions needed to get opposing party to comply with orders.. She also withdrew without allowing for any explanation after a letter was written asking for clarification of certain practices between her and other's involved in the case. She was also not responsive and stated " I've been busy! " when asked why she had not communicated an answer to a question. After withdrawing she billed excessive
