My experience with Paul was full of red flags; terrible attitude, spoke over top of me and walked out of the room without excusing himself multiple times during my $500 consultation (NO; it’s not free). Paul ran my credit card before I even had the retainer agreement read or signed (he flipped over the page with his $350/hr rate very quickly) and left me to sign the agreement. He re-entered the room multiple times huffing and acting impatient that it wasn’t signed immediately. I felt intimidated, frustrated, and completely taken advantage of. I should’ve trusted my gut and left instead of allowing him to take a full retainer. I fired Paul after 3 days, which he used $1,200 out of my $1,500 retainer to simply ADJOURN a court date for HIS OWN VACATION. I received a $310 refund for Paul to do absolutely nothing but disrespect and waste my time. He promised me that retainer would get me through “at least 3 months”. Im thankful didn’t have him represent me in the courtroom.
