Beverly J. Mack has 35 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including, but not limited to, product liability, industrial accident, trucking and vehicular collision, premises liability, and construction litigation in both state and federal courts. She is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois. Ms. Mack was born in Olney, Illinois, in 1961. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University in 1983, and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1989. Ms. Mack was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1989 and to the Indiana bar in 1996. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, the Northern District of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ms. Mack is currently a member of the Indiana State and Illinois State Bar Associations, the LaPorte County Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association of Indiana, where she is a past Treasurer, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana where she is a member of the Board of Directors.
