(RETIRED) Member John F. Mudd Esq. is retired from the firm as of July 31, 2014. We thank John for his 45 years of dedicated service to Mudd, Mudd & Fitzgerald and the citizens of Southern Maryland. John was the Associate Editor for the Maryland Law Review from 1968-1969 and is also the Author of "Holder in Due Course—The Requirements of Good Faith and Notice," 28 Maryland Law Review 145, 1968. He was a member of the Maryland State Board of Law Examiners, since 1981.
