DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Several months ago I stopped by his office and explained my situation to the lady at his office (my wife fell in the emergency room of St. Mary's Hospital and broke her femur. The lady (who was very pleasant) asked me to get my wife's medical records, which I did, and she said he would review them and call me. After waiting about two months I called to find out the status, and she assured me he would call within a week. After that, nothing. While I certainly respect his decision to not take a case, his complete lack of response is, in my opinion, just rude and not at all what I would expect from a professional.
