He helped me with a major problem. The only thing I didn't like was how much more it costed me than said. I felt like I was taken advantage of.

Hired Attorney Peter Sayner

Peter was very short and rude when it came to working with me and my 11 year old daughter. At one point he even made her cry and he was hired to look out for her best interest, not emotionally upset the child. He only showed up to 2 hearings and had 1 conversation with me in his office and it cost me 2,600 dollars. I could have done the same work he did for free and get the same outcome.

Hired Attorney Peter Sayner

Mr. Sayner did not create resolution or represent my child's best interests. His recommendations were drastic, completely illogical, have further increased conflict, and complicated my child's situation. He insisted on a final order, instead of monitoring my child with changes involving an impossible co-parent with a defiant track record. Before this, my child was doing great. Now he's struggling and I can't do anything but file contempt motions. I would not recommend Mr. Sayner's GAL services.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
