Stuck with thru the good and bad was non-judgemental towards me and helped for over three years and counting.
He listened well to what I was saying and asked good questions to help me relay what I was trying to say.
I would shop around a little more before hiring Mark. He was unable to navigate the system to make it work for the benefit of his client. He can also be small minded and difficult to talk with at times. Mark could use some work on his interpersonal skills and patience from my experience working with him on a work comp claim that he lost for me. I just didn't have the confidence that he could win for me and in hindsight I should've trusted my judgment and went with someone else. He isn't very aggressive at all when it comes down to fighting for his clients and folded at the mediation.
