Tom was a very caring and competitive attorney who represented me better than I could have ever imagined. His knowledge absolutely destroyed my ex-wife's attorney, and it was an easy victory in the long run. High end attorney as far as per hour rates go, and my reatainer was used up in no time, but I did get the satisifaction of kicking my ex-wife badly through the court system.

Lost my case .plus more money then I was. Originally sued for. Attorney
didn't cross surprise witness did not have any.real preparing told me to keep it short and left the case one sided.not mine.I never had a chance .let a check that said in the memo on the check training get turned into loan I have to pay back.

Hired Attorney Garett Pankratz

I meet with Atty. Pankratz in December for my Workmans Comp case. After my initial conversation with him it was very difficult to reach him. I would call and leave voicemails or I would send emails. It would take days and weeks for him to get back to me. In June he finally called me and apoligized and said he would be getting to it as soon as he could and then the next I hear in August I get an EMAIL..Of all things an email saying he didn't think he could win my case. I have so much proof and so much evidence. So then I contacted the state DWD and they had ask him for more imformation in May. I am just now finding this out. He never replied back. This is very upsetting. I have a TBI from my job and thought I was getting help, instead I got jabbed yet again!!

Worst experience ever. Requested estate planning services contact them during the process via phone and email many times with no response. This caused me to go elsewhere and receive great service. After 15 mos. of no contact I received the information I requested. I told them I had to go elsewhere. They sent me a bill 3 times what I paid to get it done. These people couldn’t care less about their clients. They only do work when it suits them regardless of the clients needs and then bill them at inflated rates. Avoid them if at all possible.
