Hired Attorney

I meet with Atty. Pankratz in December for my Workmans Comp case. After my initial conversation with him it was very difficult to reach him. I would call and leave voicemails or I would send emails. It would take days and weeks for him to get back to me. In June he finally called me and apoligized and said he would be getting to it as soon as he could and then the next I hear in August I get an EMAIL..Of all things an email saying he didn't think he could win my case. I have so much proof and so much evidence. So then I contacted the state DWD and they had ask him for more imformation in May. I am just now finding this out. He never replied back. This is very upsetting. I have a TBI from my job and thought I was getting help, instead I got jabbed yet again!!
