Hired Attorney Rodney Shrock

He was appointed to represent me through legal aid. He said I was not allowed to go to his office. He never returned my phone calls. According to plea bargain I was supposed to get charges lowered after completion of probation and he told me to get a hold of him when it was complete and now 2 years later and he still has not returned my calls and the charge still has not been lowered.

Hired Law Firm

Mr Shrock had to postpone one hearing once due to his illness, and was ill at the two hearings. His tactical blunder letting opposing council get this out of the realm of emergency hearing into full blown hearings allowed it to be drug out until my mother finally died. During that time she did not get proper medical care and was taken advantage of financially by her caretaker and a mortgage company.
