A caring, compassionate and astute family law attorney who works tirelessly to seek an amicable resolve for all cases he takes. He treated me with dignity, respect and the communication was flawless. Honest with me at all stages of my case, does the work he promises for a fair and justifiable retainer fee. Would hire again for anything I may need.
Ms Noel is a really good lawyer she was my PD and I had about a 1000 dollars saved up after a lot of bs offered it to her she said I'll work just as hard ether way and didnt except it took awhile but she ended up beating my case no nothing I had went to Mr Vanderbosh he watched a video and said I believe your innocent but you're gonna have to take a plee i asked him if im innocent why would I have to do that and he told me I could lose my job if I do that and he's head of the PD an i honestly believe Mrs Noel shoulf have that spot if she wanted it... I only have one issue I could honestly say but im sure she'll help me figure that probably out next but yall sleepin on Mrs Noel frfr
Did not address any of my issues and charges me over $4000 for no representation. Then left this office to pursue a flooring job. Only took money to try and get me to settle. Did not provide any body cams or information I requested. Did not file the moron to dismiss for 4 months after retained.
Provided 1 star reviews, only bc negative stars weren't an option. Save yourself time and a LOT of Money by avoiding Katherine Noel. She talks a big game to get that $retainer$ down, then she disappears. It all falls on you, yourself, doing all the legwork- providing facts, figures, & documents, essentially making your own case- w the hopeful help of her staff, that constantly changes up. Assuming there's a big turn over, staff wise, bc she puts it all off on them. She is basically unreachable, unless you email, which she charges an insane amount for replying to and reviewing. (At least $250) Her interest, in my experience, appears to be solely for making money- either from you or the other party- not in winning or fighting for you & your case. Regardless she makes bank & probably loses no sleep at night knowing that ppl like me end up screwed out of over $70,000 & having to ultimately file bankruptcy after a divorce. Don't be fooled. Total let down.
Pro saleswoman. The initial meet will have you feeling extremely confident non hesitant to retain. Interest in you or your case dissipates as quickly as you provide a retainer. You'll be responsible for proving your own case via documents, facts, & figures. Even then, no interest will be shown in anything other than charging you hundreds of dollars for something as miniscule as an email. Everything falls on the shoulders of staff that is constantly changing. In my circumstance, the judge initially ruled in my favor, but when my ex contested the ruling, she reassured me that time had run out & the judges non-response meant the initial ruling would stand. I was blind sided- told per her staff to come pick up my check/settlement..that was over $70,000 LESS than expected. Forced to file bankruptcy & start from the literal ground up with 2 children after my divorce. Doubt she lost any sleep over it. She definitely still benefitted financially. Her best interest is not yours in my opinion.
mr. miller did nothing but take a lot of money (over 5,000$) in fees, and when questioned about fees,he wanted out of case after 18 month and no results
