We had a medical bill that slipped through the cracks and we had no communication for years. I was served with a garnishment and I called to work it out and they were beyond rude. She told me that she doesn’t have time for this because they have more accounts than people. I advised during this Covid pandemic, the garnishment would destroy my family. The balance was under $1600 and I offered $100-$200 per month and she refused and raised her voice and continued talking over me. It’s a medical bill, not a credit card and I was treated like a common thief. I’m sure they have multiple CFPB complaints. They are about to have another one.
Horrible horrible people. Was called stupid and a liar. When I tried explaining the secretary told me her ears and mouth can’t work at the same time. Was even called names. The lady at the farragut location was very nice. Took care of the matter myself they were no help at all.
I can't even believe I had to even give them a star. Biggest bunch of crooks around. If you want some SHADY work done then they are your people. Not only is the ATTORNEY STAN RODEN crooked but his secretary CARLA is on the same level. Carla will notarize just about anything, probably even a deceased individuals signature. How do people like this get through in life? I cannot believe this attorney hasn't been disbarred and his secretary charged with a criminal act. They look more at how much they will make instead their code of ethics.
These people are the worst. They don't care about you, they just care about your money. The staff has the worst attitudes I've ever dealt with in any professional setting. I ended up having to go elsewhere because no one seemed to be on the same page or even in the same book for that matter. Don't waste your time.
