If you want to waste time and energy with a firm that only wants your money, then choose "Tarpy, Cox, Fleishman & Leveille". We engaged Kelli Holmes with the understanding that she was a professional lawyer who promised to help us. But nothing productive was done beyond her “engagement letter” with us, and collection of a retainer. In fact, she wasted many billable hours writing flowery and ineffective letters to the defendants that absolutely gave NO results. We picked this firm primarily because the fees are relatively low, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for! My recommendation is to spend a little more and find a quality law firm. Stay away from this firm!
