Mr. Mayer was very professional and kept us up to date on everything that was needed and done.
Great service and knowledge
They are friendly, understanding, and patient. They will explain things to you in terms you can understand and will help with questions you do not understand.
He was very polite and pleasant, as well as being very knowledgeable in the field. He was very professional in his dealings with us.
The process was very quick and at a very reasonable cost. Mr. Mayer and other members of his firm were available during bankruptcy to answer any questions and situations that occurred during the process.
He was personally very good but his associate was most unfriendly and put us down.
After discharge hearing, realized that some mortgage paper work was not completed as it should have been which made it unable to modify the mortgage. Also, fees for service were excessively high for area.
Their communication was very lacking. They did not follow my request which ended in my case being dismissed. End result was I went to them trying to save my home and ended up loosing everything and being thousands of dollars in debt.
