I drove over from Nashville to meet with John Rosson Jr. based on a recommendation from a friend of mine. After meeting with his staff Robin and Paul and learned that Robin has served as John's paralegal for 31 years it made me feel like I was in great hands. Loyalty means a lot with me and when I hire someone to help my family I want them to treat us with respect, dignity, compassion and care. I had a great consultation, great lawyer, excellent representation and amazing outcome!
I am having a horrible experience so far. I have been a client of Mr Rosson for 2 weeks now and as far as I can tell absolutely nothing has been done for me. Communication is absolutely horrible and pretty much non existent. I was told a week ago that Robin would follow up with me the next day but she didn't and when I sent her a message I was told she wouldn't be in the office that day and would follow up...well she didn't. I feel like the only reason they took me as a client is to take 20% of my money without having to do any actual work. If I had known any of this before hiring Mr Rosson I wouldn't have made that mistake. I am in a worse position now than I was before. I hope this review will save someone else from making the same mistake as me. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
