Hired Attorney

If I could give him a zero I would. Everything that he possessed in our case file, I provided and did the research for. He was very unprofessional when he was informed that I had filed with the Board Of Professional Responsiblities. If he had been in contact with us and actually fought for our case, he would have never been reported to them. On final hearing, he stated that we (myself and husband) would not quit fighting for justice and what was right for our grandbabies. They had been placed with my daughter prior to his court hearing with her husband that did not have his children and thus was not according to DCS's on guidelins, not to have children in his care. At the time of the court hearing, our grandbabies had already been moved to WV to live with their Aunt due to domestic violence between the mother and step father. A position the grandbabies should have never been in. As Grandparents with custody, we lost 3 years of their lives. Henry unfit to be attorney at law.

Did not return calls, closed practice and left town without notifying me. Took my $3000 and left. His partner took over the firm in Kingston, TN. License to practice suspended. https://www.tbpr.org/attorneys/033761
