About G. Keith Alley

With over two decades of experience in the practice of law, I represent those with legal issues involving construction, real estate, contested trusts and wills, business disputes, conservatorships, contracts, landlord/tenant disputes, homeowners’ associations, motor vehicle accidents, and serious personal injuries. At the law office of G. Keith Alley P.C., I help my clients identify their legal issues, set clear goals and create comprehensive plans to achieve favorable, successful outcomes.

People and their relationships are important to me and help to shape the backbone of my practice. When you call me, I answer or return your call. When you email me, I respond to your message. I believe that effective legal representation starts with effective communication. Legal problems can seem complex and overwhelming, but I provide practical advice and strategies to help you evaluate and pursue solutions that work for the facts of your case.

I am admitted to practice by the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee, and the state courts of Tennessee. While licensed to practice in any county in Tennessee, most of my clients’ matters involve issues in the counties of Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, McMinn, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, Union, and Washington.

I actively serve as the Municipal Court Judge for the Town of Farragut, as the Chair of the Town of Farragut’s Board of Zoning Appeals, as a Hearing Committee Panel Member for the Tennessee Supreme Court’s Board of Professional Responsibility, as an office for the Board of Directors for Legal Aid of East Tennessee, and as a member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. I am the past President of the Loudon County Bar Association and a current member of the Anderson County, Blount County, Knoxville, Loudon County, Sevier County and Tennessee Bar Associations.

I realize that budgeting for legal matters can be difficult and that the need for representation can be immediate. My office can accept most major credit cards to pay for fees and fund retainers.

As a businessman, I have a good deal of experience with lawyers. Most of which have been disappointing (or worse). Having Keith in my corner has restored my confidence to move in the business world, knowing I have his overwatch. His team are effective and efficient. Keith is a good listener and shoots straight.

Considered Keith when dealing with an insurance company due to an auto accident. Keith was a great help in dealing with the insurance that was so aweful. Litigation finally got them to do the right thing.

In our case, Mr. Alley conducted himself in a friendly and highly professional manner at all times. His command of his profession and high competency came through immediately in consultation and was evident in his correspondence. His humanity shows. He is tough when it's warranted, yet is able to understand the value in compromise in order to minimize losses. We are grateful for his thorough approach and are happy with the outcome he got for us.
