If you want a Lawyer who I consider to be the best in Town, hire David Valone. This man is incredible, I called him the Mohamad Ali of Lawyers. He completed a tough divorce for me then won me child custody, an impressive accomplishment for a man to win custody. Thanks so much David .

I needed the best attorney in Knoxville and I was referred to David by multiple prominent people in town. I was leaving a horrible marriage with a narcissists. I was worried I was going to lose everything but by the end of it I was holding all of the cards. If you need a heavy hitter, you found the right man, trust me.

Hired Attorney David L. Valone

Got caught lying to the judge. Didn’t care one bit. Couldn’t believe his attitude towards it. Told me I would be awarded fees. Guess what. After he got caught in his lying, I had to pay other side their fees. Way to go Mr.Valone. Try telling the truth. What a big hot mess to deal with.

Poor communication and waivers back and forth on what he will or can do. Would advise to find a young agressive laywer.

Highly, highly unethical. Overbills. Known to practice law from a barstool. Way overrated. He is not tough, he makes a fool of himself trying. Avoid. As soon as you are one dollar behind in paying him, he will drop his representation.

1-You may not like what he has to tell you but he is truthful and honest. Do what he tells you for your best chance of a satisfactory outcome.
2-His staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always able to help. Mr. Valone is available as needed. I never felt like I could not reach him if I had to.
3-Charges are itemized, and ACCURATE time kept & billed.
4-In court he's great! No one knows the law better, and he is NEVER intimidated.
5-Don't waste your time & money elsewhere, start here.
