I contacted Courtney after receiving a notification about some fraudulent charges to my credit card as it (the notification wanted a picture of me) to me, it felt like it may be a spam/scam. 100% would never go with anyone else. We were in a car accident and struggled with insurance from the beginning. We used Courtney and she handled EVERYTHING and made sure we knew every step of the way, and explained things properly. We had the hardest time finding an attorney who would care enough to assist my son after being a victim in a motorcycle accident case. After "being dropped" from one attorney and others just not responding because it was not a high dollar case, Cotter Law took charge and got him taken care of! They put the client first not the money. We will forever be grateful to them!
