We asked Mr. Quist to send a letter we drafted on his stationary to which he responded affirmatively, but then never followed through after more than three requests for status to which he did not respond.
He was also very slow to pursue litigation on a $15,000,000 claim of default on a real estate transaction important to our company, and when we complained, he suggested that we find other representation. He had filed the complaint in December and the defendant had not responded by March 11.
