Brennan Lenihan is a distinguished attorney specializing in DUI and Criminal Defense, as well as Divorce and Family Law, with over two decades of experience in East Tennessee. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and a law degree from the University of Memphis. During his time at Memphis, Brennan actively participated in Mock Trial, clerked for a Circuit Court Judge, and completed an externship with the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office Major Violators Unit. Upon returning to East Tennessee, he completed Rule 31 Mediator training, graduated from Leadership Oak Ridge, and served as a Charter Commissioner in Oak Ridge. Brennan has enhanced his legal acumen by graduating from the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Criminal Defense College and the National Criminal Defense College’s Trial Practice Institute. He is also certified in NHTSA’s Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement. Outside the courtroom, Brennan enjoys time with his family and pets, and is passionate about soccer, often found at the field—whether playing, coaching, or cheering on his daughter and her team.
