Horrible horrible experience. Two years after my accident and almost time for court and he quits and leaves me hanging. He says we just had poor communication but I email and email him constantly and he never replies or answers one of the many questions I ask or doesn't get back to me for weeks. Or they say lets have a meeting about this and never do. I asked him to interview my Drs and he didn't reply so i asked him isn't that part of your job to interview people that would help me in this case and his response was ( I take serious offense to that ) who says something like to a client. Some of the words this platform is asking me is (reliable) which I have to say no as i email and email and days or weeks later I email again and have to be stern and then get a response. Another word I am supposed to use is ( professional) obviously when he says I take serious offense to a customer that is not proffesional.
