Adam Rust is a shareholder in the firm’s Knoxville office and represents individuals and businesses in a diverse range of legal matters. He handles lawsuits involving the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, transportation and construction. He also focuses upon the formation and advising of business entities, providing counsel to limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations throughout Tennessee. Additionally, he spends a significant amount of time representing professionals, including accountants, engineers and members of the healthcare industry in professional liability claims. Mr. Rust has served as first chair counsel in jury trials before the Tennessee State and Federal Courts, in addition to regular motion practice in both State and Federal Court.
Mr. Rust also enjoys assisting non-profit organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Street Hope TN, Inc. and Surgery on Sunday, Inc., which are both based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Street Hope TN, Inc. serves children who are victims of human trafficking and Surgery on Sunday (SOS) works with local doctors to donate their time on the weekend to perform surgical procedures for uninsured individuals.
