This was easily the worst experience I have had with any professional. Our interaction was for a simple real estate closing. Not once did his office initiate communication. When I first sent them the real estate contract, I requested to be contacted for further instructions. I received nothing. I spoke with the lender and the seller to set a time for closing, but I heard nothing from them. I had to call them to set up the wire transfer. The paralegal started an argument with me and my bank.
