Hired Attorney

I was unsure of what Mr. McAvoy could do for me after 3 different consults 2 of them over the phone and it seemed to me that I was "just another pay check" for lack of better words. When I called Mr. McAvoy's office not only was I greeted with warmth from his assistant, he was able to meet with me that very afternoon! He listened! I was told an hour for the consult however I was in conference for almost 2 and I knew he was on my side so very interested. He is kind warm and VERY professional time

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
