Hired Attorney Ms. Mary Stevens

Awful guardian for my autistic son. She never went to IEP, and when she did, she said she didn't agree with the foster parents and school and let them do what they wanted anyway. Never got a compliance report. Ne er spoke to my kids or saw them in thier foster homes . Refuses to get my son a play therapist. Lied about him having a case manager and section 28 forged iEP documents and wrote lies to cover up the abuse of my son and I have the proof she is an egregious person and should not be allowed anywhere around kids let alone special needs one She is hired by CPS to use her experience to break the laws . She had withheld visitation illegally and conti ues to break the law for child protective

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
