David is very personable and has a great understanding of mental health in regard to his clients. The only lawyer I would ever recommend is David McCarthy.
David McCarthy is a fantastic lawyer. He was our son's lawyer and went above and beyond to help him out... He understands alot of what people go thru. He understands mental health which a lot of lawyers wash their hands of. I could not of asked for a better lawyer.. our son had a few before David and they basically washed their hands. Unfortuntaely, our son has needed a lawyer again and first call was to David McCarty... I would recommend him to anyone.. Thanks David McCarthy..
I'd just like to say that if I could change my rating in terms of "value of/for money," to PRICELESS! He's from Newfoundland (like myself :)) and that means his heart is huge and his care for each individual client is very true and runs deep within his veins. Also, being a Newfoundlander, David Has a Wife at home, along with a handful of kids- i know this from personally calling him off the hook once and when he finally got back to me he explained that he works in multiple townships; and how most nights of the week, he's busy and stays sometimes up to like, 7 hours. past "closing time." Hands down, David McCarthy is not only the best lawyer in this town(and many others, I'm sure of it!), But in my own, personal opinion I truly and sincerely believe 110% there is no other lawyer around that care's as much about helping their clients beat their cases, and a lot of us deal with mental health issues and are battling with drugs. I'd recommend him EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK, 27/11!!!
He is worst lawyer. Does not represent your case. He is just there to ditch you and put you in more trouble than defending you. He should not be a lawyer. Never hire this snake. You are better off representing yourself than hiring him and wasting money
This clown of a legal representative is nothing but a snake I can't even begin to mention how he backstabbed me. This clown made me plead guilty to charges 1 week prior was protesting to the judge are all not capable of continuing in court because of the age of the offense then makes me plead guilty without giving me a plan just doesn't come down to talk to me I'm just thrown into court to look at his big dumb face telling me I have to if I want to get out on my current charges it looks like your being responsible he's a big dumb clown
