Jay is a very upstanding man with great know how of the profession and if he feels a case is above his capabilities he is not afraid to refer you to someone he feels might better suit your individual needs due to the case. Jay is a very modest man and gets very involved, he seems to feel for those individuals that he very few and in between happen to not get the verdict they are satisfied and agree with. He believes in justice being served as long as justice is understood equally.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
