Hired Law Firm

Huge turnover of legal secretaries and when I went to close out my file, I received paperwork that belonged to another client that I later returned to the law firm. Also for 4 months I was not notified that the terms of my account had been changed, therefore I did not receive my garnishment wages for a total of 8 times before I called and asked what was going on and they did not have the info at the time so I had to wait a few days until they figured out what the situation was and I closed acct.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
