Eric has been our family layer for well over 30 years…he has been absolutely fantastic and a success with anything we have brought to him legality wise….he won’t talk nonsense, he says it like it is even if it’s not exactly what your looking for however he knows when to put the brakes on and if it’s a realistic option and if it’s not trust me he has other options you can discuss with him..I will forever refer him for all your needs he specializes in…not one person from our family, nor friends I have referred , have ever been disappointed and are beyond grateful and thankful to him and the knowledge he possesses and he is committed to your case…
Attorney Dingle is quick to respond and does not over charge for his services like many of the attorneys around here. He does not delay in resolution of problems and is very straight forward. He will tell you exactly what he believes is the best option even if it may not be what you want but will explain why it is your best option. He doesn't lose sight of what is needed. He gets the job done and does not linger on anything just to get another dollar!
He knows what he's doing when it comes to divorce and custody. He really makes you feel like he is on your side.
So I hired Eric Dingle to help me with a custody case against my ex. He went behind my back and shared information that could have gotten me my daughter, and I advised him that if my ex one custody that he would eventually remove my daughter from my life, and that actually happened. He came to my hearing hung over because he’s an alcoholic. He brought my daughter into the judges chambers behind my back, even though I received communication from the courthouse that my daughter was to be nowhere near the courthouse, and they made her lie about her own mother.
I found out recently that and therapist that was watching over my case was not licensed at the time and she is no longer a therapist. Eric losing my case destroyed my life and my relationship with my daughter which is some thing that I warned him about 16 years ago and now I have absolutely no relationship with my daughter and it was because of him and Len junker.
Total joke of a lawyer. Seek any representation, other than Mr. Dingle. His fee might be tempting, but there’s a reason why he’s so cheap. He talks as if you have a slam dunk, open/shut case and when he stands in front of the a judge, totally folds and goes back on everything promised. Horrible. Zero stars. Avoid.
Mr.Dingle’s representation was terrible. He is always quick to talk and always makes you feel as tho your not important. He would not go get paper needed to help clients case, said he couldn’t .i ended up getting a different attorney:
