A Fellow of the prestigious American College of Real Estate Lawyers and listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, Mr. Schwager served as the 126th president of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and as chair of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He has been named a Super Lawyer each year since 2010, the only real estate practitioner in Northeastern Pennsylvania to receive that recognition. Mr. Schwager has an “AV Rating” from Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. David was recommended by a friend of a friend of an acquaintance, but we didn’t know anyone in the area, so it was a bit of a leap of faith. I feel extremely fortunate we made that leap. What should have been a very straightforward residential real estate purchase ended up having multiple snags. Even when he was clearly as frustrated as we were, David was always a consummate professional. He earned every penny we paid him, and then some. I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any legal service.
