Mr. Petro has helped other members of my family several times. Even though he was undergoing treatment for cancer he still came to my defense and was very helpful at a time when I was very distraught.
A friend was arrested in October 2022 and December 2022. He was breathalyzed and did NOT blow over the limit, but a State Trooper who was in a private neighborhood and not on a highway waited until he was in his own driveway to confront him (October). In December, this same Trooper followed him home from work. He harassed my friend to the point my friend verbalized his frustration by making a self-injurious comment. As there was nothing the Trooper could ticket or arrest him for, the Trooper cuffed him and placed him on a psych hold for 24 hours. He was released home. The Trooper's known for stalking folks in this neighborhood for "easy tickets". My friend sees him often, but doesn't confront him. It's now 2024. My friend attended a "drinking" program and psych interviews, and Petro has done nothing, not even attend court dates. He still does not have his license back, even though there was NEVER a "drunk driving" charge in the first place and Petro is paid in full. SHAME on Mr. Petro!
