Hired Attorney

I absolutely adore Ms. Charpentier. She was compassionate and driven to win my case. She made sure my son's school officials refrained from continuing to harass us and she kept my son safe. She supported my decision to place my son at Hudson Valley Sudbury School located in Woodstock, NY. She spoke gently to my son and he trusted her. I still consult with her almost ten years later and she is a lovely strong woman who I admire. When she tells me not to worry about something, she can be brutally honest to the point where I forget about what I am fretting over and I end up laughing at myself. She has a really good sense of humor and she knows the law inside and out. I can honestly say that one can trust this lady with their life! She genuinely cares about her clients. She is 100% genuine and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a top notch lawyer for education law, or elder law. She is just absolutely fantastic!!! She gets an A+ for sure!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
