If there was a worse rating than very dissatisfied I would use that. Staff is rude, condescending and arrogant. Talking down and interrupting clients on the phone. Throughly unprofessional and then refuse to accept any responsibility and pass the buck. If you want a law office that just wants to over charge you and care only about their fees this is the place for you! If you want a firm to take personal interest in your affairs and satisfaction and protect your interests run do not walk away from this place. It’s every bad lawyer stereotype in one office. In fact they don’t even use secure email to handle confidential legal documents. They use Gmail email that isn’t hosted securely
Delayed Response or no response is the norm. I would not recommend them at all. Overall just very not happy with them.
