Hired Attorney

This title company closed a loan for us back in May 2023 and never sent the bank the recorded documents nor the final title documents. Auditors look down on that. There was no reason for the title company to keep those recorded documents for 8 months when there were no issues plus no communication as to why the bank never received the recorded documents. I do not recommend them if you need something back in a month.
