I hired Mr Culbertson and he informed me that he was going to keep a close watch on my case but he was going to let Mr McMurry assist him. I think they meant me well at first but there came a time when both att would not look me in the eye. My case inv severe DV. At their fingertips they had med records, police reports, pic, and more. I realized smthing was wrong and I asked them if they were going to tell Judge * abt my evidence. Mr C spoke up & said if I tell Judge * this he will be furious. Due to my st of mind I thought he meant the judge would be mad at me. At the end Mr M withheld a last min motion that was filed from me. The motion could hv been easily defended but instead he used the motion to throw my case in my abusers favor. That goes against the TN Oath he took to rep hurting people. He ignored the law of the land that says victims most not be prevented from living in safety from their abuser. Mr McMurry can win your case but he also knows how to throw it. AMBUSHED

One meeting he informed me he was still going to keep a close watch on my case but he was also going to let another att in his office help out. Losing faith in him I asked him if he was going to tell the judge about my evidence & he said: if I showed Judge * all this he would be furious. Being in my state of mind I thought he meant the judge would be mad at me. At the end Mr C also withheld a motion that had been filed against me 2 days bef my trial. The motion could hv been easily defended but for no reason known to me he did not. I got a settlement of pennies on the dollar that was legally owed me. Mr C ignored the law of the land & the oath he took to represent hurting people. I still suffer from his action to this day. Legally ambushed by my own att.
