Lee Novak is quick to take your money. When it comes time to listen to his clients he refuses and will not allow you to tell him the truth. He buddies up with the prosector even does surprise visits in his office with prosecution. He will not go the extra mile to interview witnesses that could clear your name. If you propose a resolution to your case to be presented to prosecution he will refuse to submit and tell you when you end up in prison you can appeal on grounds of incompetent representation. Mr Novak is a very angry person and has no issues of becoming unprofessional towards his clients, hanging up on his clients if you don’t agree with him. He gets extremely confrontational when he finds out you record all interactions . I fired mr Novak and retained another attorney Randal Craig and what a big difference it has made and best decision I made thus far. If you want a great attorney then stay clear of Novak and hire Randal Craig
