Ms. Harrell was very upfront about my case. She provided me with a list of the situational circumstances as well as corrective courses of action for each. I am glad that my case was dismissed. Ms. Harrell's assistant, Teresa, provided me with updates constantly and monitored for any changes in my case. I have a great deal of respect for the Harrell Law Firm and her associates. They saved my life, hands down. Her staff member, Teresa, was wonderful and helped me with questions about my case and gave me the support I needed. The money I spent on this law firm was very well spent in the best way possible. I picked up a case for a 2nd degree Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon around July 2016. My possible sentence was 2-20 years. I went to the Harrell Law Firm and I retained her to represent me on my case. I never went to Court once and she got my case dismissed. Her staff is awesome. The one person who I talked to the most and kept me updated was Teresa, wonderful person. If you need any help with a case, Ms. Harrell is the one you want to represent you. F.L. of Cameron.

The service we had with them was phenomenal. As soon as we talked to them, they let us know what the entire steps were to help us with our case. They took care of everything for us. I was very happy with the results and my case got dismissed.

I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone, Mary Beth to be specific. This person does not care for her clients. Expect to be forced into a plea in order for her to get you off of her books. Condescending conversations from this individual as if she paid me and not the other way around. After 2 years and 6 months I finally emptied my savings in order to secure another lawyer that actually cared and was ultimately found not Guilty. An absolute waste of my hard earned money at this lawyer firm.

My experience with this law firm was terrible, see google review for a more detailed explanation given there is a word limit here. In summary Swapna Samuel accepted FAKE LES (leave earning statement/military pay stub) from opposing counsel Steve Walden and utilized it in my case resulting in child support being significantly lower than what it should be, her paralegal told me she knew and informed Swapna the documents were fake and she still used them and this information was kept from me! That paralegal eventually quit!... unprofessional, lack of communication, unethical and the list goes one. When I spoke with her she had the nerve to say she can withdraw from the case and I am welcome to get a different attorney. NOPE you will see this through I refused to have my $5000 be a complete waste. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE. For a firm to be in business over 20 years and have much military experience personally I expected better.

Swapna Samuel is supposed to be representing my friend, He has made it clear verbally, and in writing that he is in agreeance with the terms of his divorce that his spouse and he practically drew up themselves and yet still cannot get their divorce finalized. She seems to have her own agenda that she continues to force on him causing delays with selling and closing on houses, registering their children in new school districts and generally moving on with both of their lives. he has signed forms stating that though she advises him not to sign he acknowledges and wants to move forward. She has since become extremely unavailable. not answering or returning calls or emails. The wife's law office has had to do all the footwork to move forward with every step of the process. This has been over a 6 month process and is still not over for this poor couple just trying to move forward with their lives and their children's lives. Would highly recommend NOT hiring Ms. samuels!
