Steve Duskie took my case and was very upfront, honest and diligent. I had limited knowledge of court, but he guided me and had patience as he worked with me to gather the information we needed for a successful case. This is a tough business, not all cases are going to be in your favor; I can honestly say Duskie went above and beyond for my family and I. Highly recommend.
Mr. Duskie was very professional and he's a darn good lawyer. I'm not sure why he had bad reviews but that review almost made me not hire him. Listening to my gut, I hired him because of his knowledge and his honesty upfront about my case. I would hire him again and refer him to anyone who needs to seek legal help. I am a real person and just wanted the truth be told about my experience. If you want a good one; hire him. I am more than happy I found him. You would be as well.
He is a nice guy, would have been more efficient but due to the limits of my case, he did his best.
We hired Ms Wiley to handle my sons estate since he did not have a will when he passed. It’s been a year now and it’s been nothing but a nightmare, miscommunication and miss guided info, or the law is just messed up. We got his house sold and she told us to use a specific escrow company and they did not do as she told us they would, now the buyers have backed out. Now we are stuck in the middle of either the ex-wife will sue for the money from the house or the kids can sue when they’re 18. Like seriously there is a divorce decree and there is law which one is correct. We are now discussing just letting the house foreclose and the money go to whoever can pay to get it. I definitely would not recommend this lady at all.

Mr. Duskie is dishonest and can not be trusted. Make sure you get anything Mr. Duskie says in writing, He can not look at you directly when he tells lies, so if you notice him looking elsewhere when answering your questions or making statements- quickly get a different lawyer.
