Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I was losing my marriage, my home to foreclosure, and in a custody battle fighting for my son. I was at the end of my rope and ready to give up. Brett Pritchard helped me sooo much with legal assistance and won. He was knowledgeable, experienced, informative, professional, and excellent customer service. I don't know what I would've done without all his help. What's meaningful is that it was at the most difficult and critical time of my life. I will be FOREVER grateful.
I was going through a rough time with my ex-husband and how wife, I was told about Brett Pritchard through one of my work collogues who used to work for CPS, she told me to get Brett Pritchard because he is a really good lawyer and is the type of lawyer that will not take anyone’s crap, he is really good at what he does, and that is why CPS and other Lawyers are scared to have to go against him in court because he does everything he can to really defend his clients, so I took her advice went for a consultation with Brett and he was a tremendous help and answered all my questions and concerns.
Brett Pritchard has been my attorney since December 2014. I have gone through 2 different lawyers before hiring Brett Pritchard as my Attorney, I wish I would have known about Mr. Pritchard before I have hired and wasted my money on those other lawyers. I first used Brett when my ex-husband refused to return my son during the Christmas Break, knowing good and well that he was not supposed to have him. Brett was quick on trying to get my ex served and getting my court set up, but took longer than we expected because of privacy act. There were a few times I thought he was not doing much to help me, once we were in the court room he was expedient, effective, quick, and stern. Brett did a tremendous job on representing me and was on point; he did such a wonderful job that I won my case and got what I wanted for the best interest of my son. My ex-husband got what he deserved not only from my attorney but also the judge they did not take it to kindly to what he had done and how much pain and suffering he had caused me.
As this was my first experience with Brett and his team to represent me. I am very pleased that I can still call Brett to consult him on various matters regarding my case and upcoming case. In fact, I have to retain Mr. Pritchard as my attorney again for services that are soon to come my way with my ex-husband and his wife.
Brett Pritchard’s retainer fees are fair, but what do you expect when you want to hire the best to represent you, to get the best you have to pay for the best, and with that being said I have no concerns that I will lose my next case with Brett representing me.
Thank you very much Brett for all your help and what is also to come our way!!
I had to constantly call and check on my case, and when I did, no one seemed to know what was going on. My divorce took over a year to be finalized due to what seemed to be the firms lack of interest in helping me.
O NOT RECOMMEND! I have no idea how this law office gained 4 stars but here’s the truth! This Law Office DOES NOT research their client, they are bias against clients, they DO NOT have an open line of communication between them and their clients, they do not inform clients of all hearings, they do not allow you to speak with your lawyer (you speak with some random person via this sketchy site they’ve created, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY! After paying them for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for over 2yrs (Due to COVID delays) they want more money. Never having a proper hearing and they thousands more, if you do not pay, they will withdraw as counsel leaving you with absolutely NOTHING! They are already extremely expensive so be aware. Brett H Pritchard is not worth your time!
This firm was supposed to represent my brother. There was no communication and I don't believe there was any attempt to help him. Don't waste your money represent yourself . At least that way you will know you have some kind of representation.
I can't speak for the entire firm, however, the lawyer from this firm may as well have been a court reporter, as his skills primarily entail what everyone else is saying or doing. Why would I say this? Because my brother, after 6 months of incarceration, was only represented by me. There were mistakes made and when it was pointed out to the lawyer, his response was ...yeah I guess you are right, but took no actions to help. The reason that was his response is that per his words, that he had not looked at anything but the items of discovery. They may be okay for a will dispute or even some type of plea deal but not anything that would entail actual legal work. They have a portal to update you and to make it appear as though they have contact. but since his incarceration, my brother has had a total of 5 visits and one .. he was not even aware of where he was located...mighty fine lawyer (note the sarcasm!) I am not objectifying the skills as a family lawyer .. but for any kind of defense
This law firm is both negligent and incompetent. I hired them for a divorce/child custody case in which timeliness was essential. In the week and a half after I hired them and paid a retainer of $8,500 they failed to do anything whatsoever. My assigned attorney never reached out to me so I scheduled an appointment with him. On the day of the appointment I was told he could call anytime during the day, which is very inconvenient if you have a job and life to attend to. At the end of the day, I called the office to inquire as to why he hadn't called and I was told that he got "tied up." In the meantime, I missed the deadline for responding to the divorce petition. The next day, the paralegal messaged me to inform me that they were "about to start preparing the petition"....... I didn't need a petition, that had already been filed by the other party, I needed them to file a response to the petition. Now they're giving me the runaround regarding reimbursement of the retainer.
don't hire this lawyer, will take your money and leave you hanging.
my case was very simple took almost a year, after resetting and resetting because he is either late to court or doesn't show up, and when they try to reset the case he is always busy so my case end up delayed months at a time.{para}man if you are too busy stop taking new cases until you take care of the ones you have for god sake.
don't try to bite more than what your mouth can chew.
this is a low quality lawyer without work ethics
