I hired Richard Fowler in 2012. 10 years ago there was no one better in key west. In 2012 he had an attorney named Greg Hojnowski who handled my case perfectly and was available day and night to answer any questions and to make the toughest time of your life as easy as possible. Unfortunately Greg left the Fowler law firm and Richard is a joke a has been. His fees are outrageous he will literally charge you if you call him for 5 minutes to ask a question. I have 3 pages of telephone logs he billed to me at $375 an hour. He comes into court shaking cause he needs a drink so bad and his voice quivers when he try’s to speak. He the most expensive attorney I’ve ever hired and by far the worst. He’s a joke DO NOT HIRE HIM. My attorney from about another state worked with Richard and my attorney did everything negotiated with prosecutor cause Richard didn’t even bother to do that. The man did nothing. Then my attorney took over the courtroom via skype and made richard look Like an idiot.
Richard Fowler is a slick talking shyster who's full of assurances and promises until he has your money.But, Key West is where you go on vacation and leave on probation. Just ask Richard. He's a well entrenched member of a'Good Ol Boy' network that makes big money preying on vacationers.He took my money then quit taking my calls 14yrs ago. Now he wants more money to clean up what he wouldn't do back then. Not this time;not in this life.I'll find another Key West attorney !
