Daughter hired Mr Schiff as her attorney for a divorce and he requested the same information over and over and charged her over and over!! He did not fight for her and protect her from her soon to be ex that lied about several things and wanted any money he could get out of her while he hid his own money. Believe Mr Schiff was in kahoots with the ex's attorney in delaying the finalization of this divorce just to see how much he could get paid from her and did not take into consideration that she would soon be a single parent that had to raise 2 children.
I have a good friend have a CPO put on her soon be ex-husband. She had to flee because he was mentally and sexually abusive to her. These guys were the prosecutor in the case and gave the guy a plea deal to an m2 and let 1 charge get dismissed. He had illegally got her Phone number and address. He started harassing her with calls and even showed to her place. There are video, voicemails and tons texts threatening her. This guy will do bodily hard once he gets out.
