Attorney Brian Elkins was recommended to me by word of mouth in Ketchum from several people. His reputation precedes him as I am happy to have taken his counsel. He was a phenomenal lawyer who reviewed my case in great detail. He always responded promptly and clearly to my emails/calls and has extensive legal knowledge. You can rest assured that you have a seasoned professional in your corner. He is also well known within the legal community in Ketchum which is a big plus. One of the best decisions I have ever made was retaining Brian Elkins' services. He took great time and patience to explain to me my options that gave me comfort in a stressful time. And, on top of that, because Brian knows the legal landscape so well, and all of the key players and processes, the charged levied against me were dismissed completely! Here's the real kicker...even though he is known by many in the Sun Valley area for being the best at what he does, his fees are more than fair. My family and I are so thankful he represented me! I am forever grateful!

Hired Attorney Brian E. Elkins

Brian was very professional and efficient, and at the same time thoughtful and sensitive to what I was going through. He was thorough in his investigations and he explained what was going on throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable in court and was helpful in every way possible. I would go back to Brian if I need a lawyer in this field again (which I won't!), and I have recommended him to friends.

Mr. Elkins proved to me that he is an intelligent, quietly aggressive and caring attorney. His staff was incredible. If anyone wants to experience brilliance, watch Mr. Elkins in a jury trial. He always took my calls , and if he was busy, he contacted me immediately after receiving my message, even while he was on vacation. He listened to my grief and always answered my questions and concerns. We went through nine months of hell preparing for my 3 day jury trial...we won, he is brilliant.

Brian was very informative about the cost of my defense and my options in regard to a successful resolution of my DUI. I was only charged with inattentive driving and believe without Mr. Elkins' help this would not have been the result.
