Hired Attorney

I received a Simple Possession of Marijuana in 2015. Wilson Daivs work diligently for over a year in helping me get the case dismissed. He has a great reputation in the Kershaw area with not only the court system but the local police department as well. He was able to get my charges dismissed and expunged from my record which no other lawyer said was possible. His staff is always pleasant to deal with as well. 100% recommend his services

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
