Foreclosure Defense and Mortgage Modification Issues

If you are facing foreclosure or are having trouble getting approved for a mortgage modification, you need legal advice. Federal and North Carolina laws exist which provide consumers rights and protections during this process. Before you agree to pay anything for mortgage modification assistance, contact me to discuss your situation. Some firms charge hefty up front fees for mortgage assistance and never deliver results. I will explain all of your options and help you decide the appropriate way to handle this unfortunate circumstance. It is best to seek legal advice as far in advance of a foreclosure hearing as possible. I handle foreclosure defense in most areas of North Carolina.
