We provide divorce, legal separation, mediation, and arbitration services throughout King and Pierce Counties. We are know for providing excellent legal representation at a reasonable cost while making sure the client is fully informed and educated throughout the process. We handle the establishment and/or modification of parenting plans, 3rd party custody actions, contempt motions, and other enforcement or modification issues relating to parenting plans and residential schedules, including mediation and arbitration. Our office handles the establishment and/or modification of child support orders, back child support issues, and contempt issues both at the superior court or DCS/DSHS administrative levels.

We have extensive experience helping clients to create solutions for all family matters, including the following issues:

Hired Attorney Jason Gaber

I was very grateful for the excellent service that Jason provided to me over the course of my contentious divorce. He represented me for the 2 years my case dragged on and it felt like I was his only client from day one. I knew that I could trust him; he was always very reliable, responsive, precise & thorough. He made a difficult situation much easier, was always prepared & has a sense of humor that kept me going even in the toughest of times. On a professional note, he had clear billing statements & I never felt that he was looking to get every last dime from me–he honestly wanted to help close my case as soon as we could to avoid more unnecessary fees to battle the exhausting gaslighting that was thrown at me. Jason was a great help in dealing w/ the court system & my troublesome ex, giving me clear instructions, standing up for my interests & representing me in trial, anyone would be lucky to have him as representation. Thank you for the solid foundation my daughter and I needed.
