Gary took on an easy Hit & run accident case where the other party was held responsible. After 1 year he and his staff accomplished nothing. He didn't even find out what the other party had for insurance coverage after a whole year. He spend the entire time micromanaging our own insurance coverage. His staff was completely incompetent and could not get any of the medical records needed for a successful litigation. His paralegal wrote correspondence that was full of errors misspellings and other irregularities including wrong birth dates and incomplete sentences. His files contained xerox copies (8 or more copies) of the same correspondence. His partner insulted the injured party and stated that they would not take the case to court and would lose if they did. His services were terminated after one year. Would not recommend using this attorney for any legal matters.
This is the worse lawyer I ever had.. He lies, cheat, and steals from his own clients.. very incompetent lawyer.. DO NOT TRUST GARY DIAMOND AT ALL PERIOD.
This is terrible lawyer when it comes to custody and family matters.. this man screwed me out neatly4000 thousand dollars..has me paying 1300 a month in child support who I have not seen since may of 2020. I pay healthcare can't see her in the hospital cause she has a chronic illness. He either lied to me to get my money or just incompetent. I do not recommend this man for nothing. Hard to reach him.. telling him about what she was doing and he did nothing.. terrible.
